The number of cybercrimes in Bangladesh is increasing day by day despite the laws regulating cybersecurity being framed by the government. The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division of the Bangladesh government has prioritized three national areas for the development of cybersecurity in 2018: legal measures, technical and procedural measures, and organizational structures, with a total of eleven actions to combat cybercriminals.
Besides, Information Technology is now an integral part of our individual and corporate life. AIN BISHAROD has developed a legist team to cope up with these complex issues. Due to the increase of cyber-crime and hacking with help of computer or mobile phone involving money and also an infringement of privacy, confidentiality, and other rights and also imposition of a penalty for infringement by the data controller, etc., Our lawyers not only provide legal services in courtrooms but also counsel clients on regulatory issues involving information technology, data security, and domestic and international privacy regulations, directives, and standards. The legal services are in demand for filing and defending cases filed in the cyber tribunal located in Dhaka Judge Court and Cyber Appellate Tribunal.
