Key responsibilities:
- To represent our Client before related Court, Tribunal or Judicial Body.
- Prepare Drafting and Documentation.
- To assist in Vetting of various documents as required.
- Provide Legal Opinion to assigned clients as required.
- Maintain satisfactory case record.
- Take part in Research
- To assist in Arbitration
- To handle Civil and Criminal Litigation and Trial as per expertise field .
- To visit our clients and related offices when necessary.
- Response to clients inquiries and complains.
Educational Qualification:
LL.B (Hon’s.) 0r LL.M (Master’s) Degree – CGPA- 3.00 out of 4.00
S.S.C & H.S.C – CGPA – Minimum 4.00 (50% marks in English is must)
Additional Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English (both oral & written).
2. Good Command in Computer and Internet Technology is a must.
3. Good analytical ability.
4. Capable to find Case references of superior court. i.e. DLR, AIR etc .
5. Must have adequate knowledge on professional code of conduct of Lawyers.
